Below are some of the most relevant ones. Make sure that before you contact them you have fully exhausted all other avenues. If your problem is with the developer, explain it carefully and provide them every opportunity to sort matters out for you.

THE LEGAL OMBUDSMAN

Is a free, impartial and independent service, resolving disputes between Consumers
and Property Agents
This is an ombudsman service between the consumer and certain service providers.

Settles disputes between the consumer and any organisation providing financial services.
